Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1015750) describes a stone hut circle on a steep north-west-facing slope of Giant's Hill, above the valley of the River Plym. The wall is 0.6 metres wide and 0.35 metres high round a circular space only 2.8 metres across. It is probably an outlying part of a large enclosed settlement 220 metres to the south-west, which has its own scheduling. The monument is in the care of the Secretary of State. It lies in the parish of Shaugh Prior, about 1 km north-east of Shavercombe Tor.
