Set Tor

Set Tor is a small but distinctive granite outcrop sitting on the open moor south of Postbridge. At 363 metres, it is not among Dartmoor's highest peaks, but its isolated position gives it good visibility across the surrounding moorland and makes it a natural waypoint on walks across central Dartmoor. The tor itself is modest in size, with typical granite tors and weathered stone characteristic of the area.
