Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012545) describes a round cairn on an east-facing slope above the River Cowsic, close to a scattered hut circle settlement. The mound is 4.5 metres across and up to 0.8 metres high, with traces of a stone kerb on the east edge that probably survives elsewhere as a buried feature. It lies in the parish of Dartmoor Forest, about 0.6 km south-west of Devil's Tor.
