Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012087) describes one of a group of three cairns on a south-east-facing slope of Ringmoor Down, within 40 metres south-east of the Eylesbarrow watershed reave and 250 metres of the Ringmoor Down stone alignment. This one is a mound of stone and earth 8 metres across and 0.4 metres high, with a possible kerb and a slightly hollow centre. It lies in the parish of Sheepstor, about 1 km north-west of Legis Tor and 1.4 km south of Sheepstor.
