Little Links Tor

Little Links Tor is a small granite outcrop in the eastern reaches of Dartmoor, a place that rewards wanderers more than it draws pilgrims. The tor itself is unassuming, a natural rise of weathered stone that catches the light differently depending on the season and time of day. Its setting among open moorland gives it a sense of isolation that larger peaks lack.

The walk to Little Links Tor is straightforward moorland rambling, with good visibility across rolling granite country. From here you can see across the eastern moor toward Okehampton and beyond, with the characteristic scatter of other tors and outcrops marking the landscape. It is the kind of place where you notice the subtleties of the moor: the texture of the turf, the character of the stone, the way the wind moves across the open ground.
