Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1019584) describes 12 cairns on a narrow natural terrace of a steep west-facing slope looking over west Devon. The scheduling falls into two areas. Ten of the mounds are sub-circular, 2 to 6.3 metres across and 0.4 to 1.2 metres high, and two are ovoid, 6 metres by 3 metres and up to 0.6 metres high. They average 0.64 metres high. One cairn has a shallow hollow from robbing or partial excavation. Some may hold burials, but the group most likely represents stone cleared for cultivation. It lies in the parish of Sourton, about 1.3 km north-west of Gren Tor and 1.6 km south-east of Sourton.
