Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1002589) describes a stone hut circle on a north-west-facing slope overlooking the valley of the River Swincombe. It is a ring of walling around a circular inside up to 8 metres across. The walls are up to 2.7 metres wide and 0.4 metres high, faced with double rows of stone in places and built of rubble elsewhere, and the entrance is to the north-east. Other remains nearby, some scheduled and some not, are outside this scheduling. It lies in the parish of Dartmoor Forest, about 1 km west of Hexworthy.
