This clapper carries the road from Cator to Bellever across the Walla Brook near Pizwell. Historic England dates it to probably the 18th or early 19th century, three spans with pointed cutwaters on the upstream side.

Do not confuse it with the Wallabrook Clapper Bridge on the North Teign, or with the Teign-e-ver Clapper Bridge, which are the remote clappers of the north moor.

This bridge is one of the crossings gathered in Dartmoor Bridges, a guide to the clapper bridges, packhorse bridges and road bridges of the moor and its edge.
