Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1019264) describes a hut circle settlement on an east-facing slope above the valley of the North Teign River. It has three huts with circular walls round spaces of 8.5 to 19.6 square metres and walls 0.3 to 0.7 metres high. One has a visible doorway, a length of boundary wall leads downslope from the southern hut, and another short length of boundary walling lies north of the central one. It lies in the parish of Dartmoor Forest, about 1.6 km south-east of Watern Tor.
