Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1020237) describes a medieval longhouse and an outbuilding on a south-facing slope of Peek Hill, above Burrator Reservoir. The scheduling falls into two areas. The longhouse is a rectangular building with drystone walls 1 metre wide and up to 0.6 metres high, 13 metres by 4 metres inside. An annex on its north-west side is 9 metres by 4 metres, with a rubble wall up to 0.4 metres high, and a hollow 3.8 metres wide and up to 0.6 metres deep beside the south-east part is a drainage ditch. The outbuilding lies 66 metres north-east, 8.4 metres by 2.9 metres inside a drystone wall 0.8 metres wide and 0.6 metres high, filled with rubble, with a gap in the south-west wall as the original entrance and an outshut on the north-east side 2 metres by 1.1 metres. It lies in the parish of Walkhampton, about 0.5 km west of Leather Tor and 2.3 km north-east of Dousland.
