Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1002551) describes a kerbed cairn on the northern side of Wigford Down, on a west-facing slope within a coaxial field system. It survives as a ring of single stones up to 9 metres across and up to 0.5 metres high. The central cairn has been dug into or robbed in the past. It lies in the parish of Meavy, about 1.9 km south of Meavy.
Other remains nearby, some scheduled and some not, are outside this scheduling.
