Eastern White Barrow

Devon

Eastern White Barrow sits on the eastern reaches of Dartmoor, a low granite tor that marks the open moorland character of this part of the park. The summit offers views across the rolling granite landscape towards Okehampton and the wider moor beyond, a quiet vantage point rather than a dramatic one.

The approach across moorland is straightforward, following the natural contours of the terrain. Like many of Dartmoor's lesser-known tors, it rewards walkers who venture away from the most popular routes, offering solitude and a sense of the moor's quieter corners.
