Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1007657) describes a cairn on a south-facing slope overlooking the valley of the Walla Brook. The mound is 4.7 metres across and up to 0.7 metres high. A slit trench cut into the middle suggests an early partial excavation, robbing or military use. It is an outlying part of a cairnfield of at least 22 mounds, with a length of boundary bank and a lynchet, on the north-eastern slope of White Hill. It lies in the parish of Peter Tavy, about 1 km south-west of Doe Tor and 2.6 km east of Lydford.
