Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012810) describes one of several cairns along the south-west slope of Penn Beacon, west of the Cholwich Town contour reave. It is a somewhat irregular mound 11 metres across and up to 0.5 metres high, covered in turf, with some of the stones showing through. It lies in the parish of Cornwood, about 1.4 km north-west of Rook Tor and 2.5 km east of Lee Moor.
