Cathy Harshaw

Cathy Harshaw is a professional outdoor instructor and guide with over 20 years' experience leading walks and courses across Dartmoor, the South West Coast Path and surrounding landscapes. She specialises in guided wild swimming walks, cold water swimming instruction, Dartmoor navigation courses and guided walks, creating safe and supportive experiences for groups and individuals.

Based in Southwest England, Cathy combines deep knowledge of local terrain with practical outdoor skills. She scouts routes in advance and tailors experiences to suit different abilities, whether joining advertised dates or arranging private trips for families, friends or groups.
