Adrian Partridge

Adrian Partridge has been walking on Dartmoor for over 45 years and holds the Mountain Leader award. He has been a member of the Dartmoor Rescue Group since 1985, where he specialises in navigation training, and has worked as one of the Moorland Guides' official Dartmoor National Park guides since 2005, focusing on longer walks and those with an archaeological interest.

Alongside his Dartmoor guiding, Partridge runs his own hillwalking business, Hillwise, works as an expedition leader for World Challenge on trips to developing countries, and is a steersman for Canoe Adventures' voyageur canoes on the tidal River Dart.
