Braddon Tor sits on the west side of Broad Down, featuring sprawling rocks with remarkable horizontal jointing. Closest to Cherry Brook, there are distinctive outcrops with closely packed fissures and a fine xenolith on one of the lowest sections. The tor is usually quiet and distant from the more accessible Longaford ridge, offering solitude and fine views.
