Our open kitchen is purpose-built for making Pizzas with a large double stone base oven which we usually run at 390 degrees centigrade for perfect baking.
Every day Joanne is in the kitchen early to prepare the fresh dough, made from a secret Venetian family recipe to create a superb base that will leave your mouth watering. Equally our freshly prepared gluten free dough means no one needs to miss out!
We like to be kind to the planet and animals so all our pizzas are either vegetarian or vegan and all our ingredients are certified by our suppliers to be either vegetarian or vegan. We have no meat, fish, eggs or animal milk on the premises.
