Peak Hill stands at around 400 metres on Dartmoor in Devon. Like other tors across the moor, it rises as a granite outcrop above the surrounding landscape. The hill marks one of several peaks of the same name found across England, though this Devon version is the one that sits on the open moorland that characterises Dartmoor itself.
