Devon Historic Churches Trust is a registered charity (no. 1189807) that supports the county's churches with grants, advice and support. In its own words, "Devon has one of the best collection of churches in the UK. We aim to keep it that way."
It gives main grants and emergency repair grants, runs the Ride+Stride sponsored event and keeps an interactive map of Devon's 620 or more parish churches. It also looks after Devon ChurchLand, a companion website of articles and galleries on the county's churches.
