Dartmoor Pictorial Records
1890 · W. Brendon & Son, Plymouth (privately printed)
Dartmoor Pictorial Records was issued in four volumes at Plymouth by W. Brendon, between 1890 and 1894, and reproduces Burnard's own photographs of the moor's antiquities. The Devonshire Association obituary describes him as a photographer of ability who published the work with illustrations reproduced by a permanent process from his own negatives. Devon Books reissued it in 1986 as a limited-edition facsimile, with a new foreword by his granddaughter Lady Sylvia Sayer.
