Dartmoor Beef and Lamb supplies naturally slow-grown meat from cattle and sheep that graze freely on the moor. The beef comes from Luing cattle, a hardy Scottish breed suited to Dartmoor's rugged terrain, while lambs develop on the common's varied plants and herbs. All meat is hung to develop flavour and tenderness, then cut by an artisan butcher.
