I stumbled across Tom's work on Instagram and all I can say is it is truly magical.

Tom Williams describes himself on Instagram as: "No AI. Ecologist, filmmaker, sound recordist. Dartmoor dweller. Happiest in the woods and wild places." On TikTok his line is "Ecologist, photographer, occasional writer. Dartmoor dweller.", and on Bluesky "Ecologist, photographer, sound recordist and occasional writer. Dartmoor dweller. Happiest in the woods and wild places." His YouTube channel is described as "Sound recordings, wildlife photography and video - based in Devon, England."

His films are of Dartmoor's woods, rivers and light. In his own words they show "Autumn sunlight and colours in Dartmoor National Park", "a summer sunrise in a Dartmoor meadow" with its sights and sounds, a way to "Escape the heat in a wooded Dartmoor valley", and "Late September colour in the temperate rainforests of Dartmoor".
