We currently have a team of 20 highly skilled individuals and are looking forward to the next phase of our development. Furthermore, we are committed to demonstrating the best possible letting and estate agency practices.

In September 1999, Ian Mitchell established Plymouth Homes after having worked for Halifax Property Services and completing his professional exams at the College of Estate Management at Reading University. Together with his business partner, Susan Tamblyn, he started the business from empty premises on Mutley Plain, where they still operate today. Initially starting with no properties to sell, Ian and Susan worked hard to build a property portfolio and quickly gained a reputation for quality service and delivering on their promises.
