Moor Trees

Moor Trees has spent 25 years regenerating vital woodlands across Dartmoor, including the ancient Wistman's Wood. The charity grows trees from locally collected seeds in community nurseries, creating new habitats while building connections with people who care about this landscape. Each year they collect hundreds of thousands of seeds and work with volunteers of all ages and abilities.

The organisation combines practical woodland creation with citizen science monitoring to track the health of restored habitats.
