Hannah Durdin

Hannah Durdin took over as Director of Moorland Guides from Simon Dell in early 2024, after eight years working for The Outdoors Group, a local outdoor education company, where she worked on the media side of the business. She brings that experience of working outdoors with young people, along with a wealth of administrative and marketing skills, to running the co-operative of over 30 guides.

Hannah also co-runs the Dartmoor Walking Festival, now rebranded the Dartmoor Outdoor Festival, alongside expedition leader Richard Matthews, and produces the Voices of Dartmoor podcast, sharing stories of the people, places and projects linked to Dartmoor National Park.
