Since we first opened in Brighton over 50 years ago, we've welcomed thousands of guests with our homemade, comforting British classics and exciting seasonal creations, alongside an unrivalled choice of cocktails, wine and Champagne. We now occupy some of the UK’s most historic and culturally rich cities, set within striking landmark buildings, from Manchester’s Edwardian Baroque style former Parr’s Bank to Glasgow’s iconic 130 year old former General Post Office.
