Baskervilles Ice Cream Parlour & Cafe

Located in Moretonhampstead, Baskervilles offers a welcoming stop for walkers, locals and visitors exploring Dartmoor. The café serves hand-roasted organic coffee, a selection of teas and hot chocolate alongside an impressive range of ice creams. Flavours change regularly and include apple & cinnamon, black cherry & ricotta, sugar-free options, sorbets and vegan ice cream.

The business was awarded three gold awards by Taste of the West in 2023 for their Biscoff, Honeycomb and Cherry Ripple ice creams. Open seven days a week from 10:00–16:00, they even stock ice lollies for dogs. It's a genuine local spot in a busy Dartmoor town with something for most tastes.
