Ashbourne Woods Campsite

Ashbourne Woods is a 68-acre woodland campsite located in Rattery, a small village between Totnes and South Brent, just outside Dartmoor National Park. Run by Lister and Helen Bass, the site specialises in wild and semi-wild camping experiences among mature trees, with permitted fire pits for an authentic woodland stay.

Accommodation ranges from traditional grass and gravel pitches to woodland pitches nestled between trees, plus glamping options including bell tents, camping pods, micro lodges, gypsy huts and kiwi huts. There's even hammock pitches for those seeking a different perspective on woodland camping.
