Dartmoor Wild Camping Action Group - Facebook Group

A grassroots campaign group formed in January 2023 to defend the right to wild camp on Dartmoor. Created in response to a legal challenge (Darwall v Dartmoor National Park Authority) that threatened to remove Dartmoor's unique wild camping access rights, the group coordinated protests, petitions and public pressure that contributed to the right being restored.
