K9 Commando is a specialist canine services provider, working with highly trained conservation detection dog teams. Our work supports monitoring, management, and research across the UK and beyond. With backgrounds in conservation biology, animal behaviour, and dog training, our team combines scientific knowledge with practical expertise to deliver real-world impact. At this year’s festival, we’ll be showcasing the vital role our dogs play in protecting wildlife and supporting research. Trained to locate specific species and signs, such as scat, nests, or invasive species, our dogs help conservationists gather accurate data in a non-invasive and highly efficient way.
