Dartmoor Photo Competition

A photography competition like with a twist

You’ll have until 24 hours to find, capture, and edit the best photograph you can on the moor.

But there’s a twist. Instead of choosing your own location and playing to your usual photographic strengths, you’ll draw a subject out of our adventure top hat and a place out of the Dartmoor Hat. For example you could draw community and river. Which would be pretty tricky.

That draw is what you’ll be tasked with bringing to life through your lens.

At the end of the challenge, our judges will award prizes in the following categories:

Best Composition

Best Edit

People’s Choice Award

Judging, reviews, and prize-giving will take place from 18:00 on Sunday 30th.

Are you up for the challenge?

After this Sunday we will be looking to get these photos printed and exhibited in Princetown
